According to , the INEOS chief asked the club's non-playing staff to come back to the office during a meeting on Wednesday, as he looks to end the work-from-home culture at United. The diktat reportedly receives mixed reviews as a section of the employees were excited to see things shaking up at Old Trafford while the other side will now have to make changes in their work-life balance.

The working-from-home culture came into practice at the club post the COVID-19 outbreak like any other organisations across the world, however, it is understood that Ratcliffe wants to bring the Red Devils in line with his company's policy of bringing back employees to the offices.
